Working as the Art Director for this ‘What’s in my backpack’ promo series, We were shooting in a studio, the client wanted snow and for it to “not feel like a plain studio” - Shelly, Maya and I decided to go for a BTS look, and I came up with the idea of breaking up the studio with some contrasting backgrounds to the talents styling, bringing in some texture and theming with ski lodge furniture and some playfulness with some rocks. We gave it all a sprinkling of snow and got to have fun with some cutaway shots of the talent playing with the snow.
